This include the pre sales time spent whereby initially explaining things helped me place the order and once purchased it was delivered as requested (most importantly – on time). The bed is now in situ under a fully sloping ceiling in a 7' x 7' tiny room and you can sit up in it. Having it tailored to fit this limited space has really worked and turned a useless space into a bijou bedroom for overnighters and grand-daughter during holidays! I know there was some confusion on the delivery but each time the phone calls were handled responsively and you owned the mistake instead of making excuses, so thanks again and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone, especially if they need bespoke beds!
